0x12 - 13.05.2020
	1. Added: gaining of coordinates and position by GSM base stations (LBS) in the "Tracker" mode;
	2. Revised: saving the event "device is turned off by the power button" and marking it with the value of the 12-th bit of the STATUS field;
	3. Fixed: under certain conditions, the server might receive a message from the terminal with the "Unrecognized" text.

0x10 - 12.04.2019
	1.Added: sending to the server the flag “Device was disabled by button”.
	2.Revised: by default, transmission of all data blocks except the main one to the server is disabled.

0x0F - 23.08.2018
	1.Revised: the settings of the period of records generation is extended: up to 1 hour in motion and 3 hours in the parking mode.
	2.Revised: alarm message sending algorithm is improved.
	3.Revised: algorithm, switching the device to the deep static mode, is improved.
	4.Fixed: under certain conditions, recording process could be stopped after the SOS button was pressed.
	5.Fixed: filtration of records with speed of more than 250 km/h is disabled.
