The GiCam BLE fuel level sensor meets all modern quality standards and boasts an excellent price and a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. It is intended for use in transport monitoring (control) systems. Measures the fuel level in the tank in real time, suitable for measuring diesel fuel, gasoline, oil. The sensor (fuel level) readings are transmitted to the terminal using Bluetooth BLE.

The case is made of anodized aluminum

During the anodizing process, a very hard protective layer appears on the surface of the aluminum part, resistant to solutions of salts, acids and alkalis. This solution allows you to protect the sensor from the effects of an aggressive environment for many years of operation.


Dielectric coating of the measuring part

The coating completely eliminates distortion of readings such as swimming, racing, and fuel level emissions.


Replaceable measuring tube

The measuring part of the fuel level sensor is removable and can be easily replaced with a new one.Given the low cost of the measuring part, this provides a unique opportunity to reinstall the sensor in another tank with minimal effort.


Maximum stability

The massive, thick-walled housing with high-quality oil and gasoline seals protects the precision measuring part from the effects of the aggressive environment in which the sensor is operated. Resistance to mechanical vibrations, sudden temperature changes with a multidirectional gradient and the diffusion of hydrocarbons into the measuring part ensures outstanding stability and accuracy.


Tests on a vibration stand

Before being sent to the customer, all sensors are tested on a stand with a vibration frequency and acceleration that is an order of magnitude higher than vibrations in transport. At the same time, the sensor is constantly interrogated and readings are recorded. If there is at least one measurement error or loss of communication with the sensor in 72 hours, the sensor is rejected!


Climate chamber test

The highest accuracy and stability of the reading is achieved by checking and calibrating the sensor in the climate chamber. Readings are continuously taken from each sensor for 3 days at constantly changing temperatures. Each sensor is individually calibrated over the entire operating range.


The holes of the sensor mounting

Sealed sealing plugs with an individual stamp provide protection against unauthorized access to the sensor, while protecting fasteners from corrosion throughout their entire service life.
